Agglomerator,mixer,shredder,mill,crusher etc.
Our agglomerator has two series:GSL and GHX. GSL series is used to granule lighter film like PE, PP, PVC, HDPE into particles. Those particles can be directly used by extruders. GHX series is used to recycle PET cloth and silk,PA,PBT and other waste. Particles after granulation are mainly used for production of staple fiber,then for spinning and weaving. We keep improving our products through clients’ feedback.Our latest innovation is to use cycle pressure lubrication system. Compared with general grease lubrication system, it greatly extends the life of the bearing.
Our shredder is used to crush large and hard material and provides high-quality device to crush before recycling. It has features such as strong crushing capability, stable performance, high efficiency, low temperature rise, convenient operation, etc., and multiple switch protection. Its host control uses PRS, touch screen and soft-start.Its motor and reducer are famous brands in China.
